We spent 15 years growing up in the Heart of Texas before returning home to Canada. Lone Star Tortilla Co. brings you our most loved Tex-Mex recipes, and combines them all into one in-house made, freshly pressed flour tortilla.
At Lone Star Tortilla Co. you’ll find no elaborate or dishonest marketing. No fifteen page menu. No BS. Our mission is simple: To bring you great-quality, authentic Tex-Mex at a reasonable price.

We often find it hard to find a good, quick meal when we’re out and about. Lone Star Tortilla Co. is not just another fast food joint. This is comfort food that tastes like it was made at home, from scratch, on a stovetop, served to you in about a minute from the time you order. Come try us out.
Food We Serve Our Friends and Family.
We have a commitment to serving you good food. We won’t ever compromise on that. All of our base recipes are vegan-friendly, and all of the beef, pork, and poultry we use is free of antibiotics or added hormones. We wanted to make sure our food is as authentic as we could get, so every recipe is made in-house using fresh, whole ingredients. Canned Beans? Nope. Store bought tortillas? Never. None of our recipes are made off-site. Not even our drinks.
Burritos and Bowls
Burritos and Bowls, except for the NSF, are customizable and include: Tex-Mex green rice, slow-cooked black or pinto beans, aged cheddar, shredded lettuce, sour cream, fresh pico de gallo and verde and/or habanero salsa.
